RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need to return/exchange any item/s you must contact us within 7 days of purchase on shop@villagemporio.com.au or 0435 785 179.

The item you are returning/exchanging must be in resaleable condition so it must not have been worn, washed or have any tags removed or the return will NOT be accepted.

The cost of return shipping of the item/s is your responsibility and should be a registered return as we take no responsibility for damaged or missing return packages.

NO returns are permitted on Sale Items, jewellery, or specially ordered stock.

PRICING

All pricing on our website is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice.

Should you be ordering from a country outside of Australia your package may be subject to additional Duties and Taxes which may be added upon collection and will be your responsibility.

Should pricing change after you have purchased your item, Village Emporio will not offer a price adjustment.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.

DELIVERY

Once posted, Village Emporio will not be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage or any other Australia Post issues.

On the day of posting we will be in contact with you and provide an Australia Post Tracking number as confirmation of postage.

Full payment must be made before the goods are sent.

PRIVACY

Village Emporio will never share or reveal any of your personal details and all credit card details are kept safe and secure.           

Ordering from our website grants us the right to add your details to our database and we may from time to time send you a newsletter with offers, promotions, or new arrival information. Should you wish to not receive any of these you can opt out by unsubscribing or contacting us at shop@villagemporio.com.au and we can remove you from any further correspondence.

LIABILITY

Village Emporio is not liable for any loss or damage caused by this website or any website that may be linked.

Village Emporio reserves the right to cancel/refuse any order without any given reason and should a cancellation occur we will use all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have previously provided. All money will be refunded using the method received.

Resolutions of any disputes are at the discretion of Village Emporio and their decision is full and final.
